1. In this and following pages, you will be asked for your older version's serial number, the serial number for your version 6 evaluation version, and agreement to the License Agreement for the new version.
2. You will be given the opportunity to pay the upgrade price through PayPal.
3. If your payment through PayPal is through the same email address that you used when you purchased the old version, you don't need to do anything else... this information is in our database, and we will email your registration codes to you. Otherwise, we will contact you for more information to verify that you are the authorized, registered owner.

Terms and Conditions for Upgrade Pricing

1. All Prices are in U.S. Dollars.
2. All prices are subject to change without notice.
3. All terms are subject to change without notice.
4. Prices reflect registered versions.
5. Not all products are eligible for upgrading.
6. Upgrades are available only to the registered owner only, and are not transferable.
7. If payment is through mail order, payment must be via check (drawn on a U.S. bank) or international money order only.
8. You must supply name, serial number and registration code of your older program upon request.
9. Upgrades are name and registration code only via email or regular (surface) mail. No CD or any other media is shipped.
10. Only one upgrade per name/serial number/registration code. To preserve the rights of the true registrant, we reserve the right to refund the upgrade price submitted if we suspect the upgrader is not the true registrant.
11. Upgrades are only from specified older versions of Lotto Sorcerer to the current version (Lotto Sorcerer v6).
12. Registration codes will be sent by email, if an email address is provided. Otherwise, registration codes will be sent via surface mail.
13. Upgrading approval is at sole discretion of Satori Publishing for any reason. We will refund received payment for upgrading if upgrading is disallowed.
14. Users who obtained or obtain a serial number through fraudulent means (a check which is returned for "insufficient funds"; using a stolen credit card to purchase the codes; etc.) are ineligible for upgrade pricing.
15. Users of the defunct programs Lotto Sorcerer SE, Lotto Sorcerer v2 or Lotto Sorcerer v1 are not eligible for upgrade prices, because these programs were free.
